- The attached is the salient requirements for the 3 in 1 Hardness tester. The Pharmacy Department at NIH is constructing a new drug production facility and need to procure a 3 in 1 hardness tester to ensure that all tablets and capsules produced have a universal hardness and meet the standards set forth in USP 217. See attached for more details regarding the hardness tester.
