- Recovery Act Notice: This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to Bullock & Tice Associates, Inc. under contract W91278-09-D-0031, an A-E FFP IDIQ contract which was fully competed and awarded in accordance with FAR Part 14 on 27 Mar 09. The Mobile District Corps of Engineers intends to award a FFP task order for a Recovery Act approved project to provide AE services for Roadway Resurfacing and Building Renovation and Construction at locations on the Black Warrior Tombigbee Rivers project and the Alabama River Lakes Project.
