- Description
- This procurement is for a preventative maintenance agreement for the Thermo Fisher Electronic Personal Dosimeter MKI2 & N2. IAW the attached solicitation to include the performance work statement. A firm fixed price contract award is contemplated. This action is set-aside for full and open competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Information concerning CCR registered requirements may be viewed via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Center at 1-888-227-2423. Award will be based on best value to the government. All quotes must either be emailed to nell.matchkus@tyndall.af.mil or faxed to Nell Matchkus at 850-283-8491. Quotes are required to be received not later than 12:00 PM CST, Monday, August 31 2009.
