- System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate a purchase order on a sole source basis to Kwikpoint / Gaia LLC. 908 King Street, Alexandria VA. 223214 (Small Business) this is for the purchase of 3000 High Assault Mountaineering Kit, 1000 Assault Climber Team Kit, and 1000 Snow & Ice Mobility Kit Visual User Guides. These guides must describe the individuals items in each kit, their operating Instructions, warning and dimensions where applicable using pictograms. Kwikpoint can deliver these large quantities and waterproof chemical and tear resistant guides in the required time frame ( 6 weeks) and are the only one that meets the government Salient and Characteristic.
