- This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract for NSN 1630-00-575-6750, “Stator, Disc Brake”, requirement document 0023113824, and approved source of supply: Honeywell International Inc. (55284). Item is identified as flight safty critical, Origin inspection required, FOB Origin; DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Total Quantity: 399 each; quantity from Clin 0001- 37 pieces are to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA and quantity from Clin 0002- 362 pieces are to be delivered to Tracy, CA with a delivery of 90 DARO or best possible delivery. Requirement solicited as "Other than Full and Open Competition" as we have only one approved source and unrestricted. 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). ABVS applies- The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
