- Description
- The Government has a commodities requirement for purchase and installation of theater seating for USAFSOS auditorium. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 423210 with a size standard of 100 employees; the SIC code is 2531. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The incorporated provisions and clauses are current to FAC 2005-31, Effective 20 April 2009. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: THIS REQUIREMENT MUST MEET AN INSTALLATION DATE OF 7 DECEMBER 2009 WITH A COMPLETION DATE NLT 15 DECEMBER 2009. THIS AUDITORIUM IS 28'W X 39'L WITH 5' AISLE ON EACH SIDE. THIS AUDITORIUM WILL BE RENOVATED WITH NEW VINYL/RUBBER FLOORING. ANY DAMAGE THAT OCCURS FROM SEATING INSTALLATION WILL BE FIXED AT THE INSTALLERS' EXPENSE. THE EXAMPLE LISTED IS BY "PREFERRED SEATING", VESUBIO OR ALESSANDRIA STYLE, EQUIPPED WITH A FLIP-UP WRITING TRAY ON ONE SIDE AND A DRINK HOLDER ON THE OPPOSITE ARM. THE CHAIRS ARE TO BE 40-42" BACK HEIGHT, MEASUREMENT OF 24"X23"X22" WIDE TO REPLACE EXISTING CHAIR STANDARDS. CUSHIONS WILL BE COLD-MOLDED POLYURETHANE FOAM PADDING WITH ERGONOMIC DESIGN. INNER BACK RIBBED INJECTION-MOLDED POLYPROPYLENE PLASTIC FORMED WITH COMPOUND CURVES FOR NATURAL BODY SUPPORT. OUTER BACK INJECTION-MOLDED HIGH IMPACT RESISTENT, TEXTURED, LINEAR POLYPROPYLENE PLASTIC. FRAME STRUCTURE STEEL TUBE FRAME IN VARIOUS GAUGES TO MEET DEMANDS OF FREQUENT AND INTENSE USE. PAINT POWDER COAT PAINT FINISH OVEN BAKED SEATS EMPLOY AN AUTOMATIC SELF-RISING GRAVITY LIFT MECHANISM FOR QUIET, MAINTENANCE FREE OPERATION. ROYAL BLUE COLOR.
