- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-35. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this name brand or equal requirement is 339920 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation is NOT set-aside strictly for small business. The part numbers listed in the attached item list are for comparison purposes and correspond to items found at Perform Better website at http://www.performbetter.com/ This is a BRAND NAME or equivalent product request. Alternative products must meet the minimum salient physical, functional and other characteristics of the brand named product identified in this RFQ in order to be considered for award.
