- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center-Fort Bragg, NC intends to issue a solicitation for three TVI tents (STH-VZA10-WT-0016 shelter, Tac-Hub, V-10, Custom, 6V-lock), TVI shelter, T-5, Custom and Boot, to Connect T-5 to V-10. Brand Name or Equal for 44th MEDCOM. The shelters will include repair kits, extra nodes and hardware to include a stake down kit. The shelters shall be capable of being erected by 4 soldiers within 5 minutes. The system will be used for training and in support of future deployments. These tents would be constructed to fulfill the needs of a preoperative section (Advance Trauma Life Support, ATLS), and Operating room, and a postoperative section (Intensive Care Unit, ICU). This system shall allow an adjustable configuration to terrain which increases adaptability to deployment needs The requirement will be a total set aside for Small Business Concerns. The NAICS code is 314912 Canvas and Related Product Mills with a size standard of 500. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued under solicitation number W91247-09-T-0452. The RFQ will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Potential Quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All Quoters must be registered with the Central Contractors Registry (CCR) per FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. The anticipated posting of the RFQ was on or around 18 August 2009.
