- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit a written quote (email acceptable) on RFQ reference number W912LA-09-Q-9003. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. (iv) This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside; the associated NAICS code is 423990 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. (v) This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the following individual equipment. See attached spreadsheet (146SFS RFQ 090820.1230.xls) for complete listing of 70 CLINs. Extended descriptions are also attached (146SFS RFQ descriptions 090820.1300.doc). (vi) This announcement is being advertised concurrently on GSA Ebuy. Award will be made on an all, some, or none basis. Quote your best effort on each individual CLIN, as we will award individual CLINs in the best interest of the government. All manufacturer/retailer part numbers are provided for reference onlyquote on an or equal basis and provide specifications/documentation supporting your substitution(s). (vii) Delivery required no later than (NLT) 1 Oct 09, FOB Channel Islands Air National Guard Station California. This date assumes an award made NLT 3 Sep 09. (viii) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items (Jun 2008), applies to this acquisition. (ix) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999), applies to this acquisition. Delivery is of primary importance. (x) FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (Jun 2008) is required for this action. An offeror shall complete only paragraph (j) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certificates electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) through (i) of this provision.
