- This announcement is a notice of the intent to award to JTC Enterprises, Inc. of Lawrence, Kansas an update of Illustrations and identification for the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). JTC Enterprises has satisfactorily completed similar requirements in the past and it has been determined that this and future awards should be in the same format. A variation in format could make previous work incompatible. Estimated completion after review and comments provided by USFWS will be 60 days after award.
