- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers underSolicitation No. VA-786-09-RP-0450 for the following service: The contractor shall be required to provide Inscriptions for BlankMarble Niche Covers to be delivered to National Memorial Cemetery ofArizona, 23029 North Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, Arizona, within twenty(20) calendar days following the date the order is issued. Potentialofferors will submit, at contractor expense, one marble inscriptionsample representative of the work to be done, the sample should be inaccordance with the specifications listed in the solicitation. Thissample should be received and approved prior to the closing date of thesolicitation. The contractor shall be responsible for all work at thecemetery: Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the followingorder: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical Qualifications, and 3) Price.This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran OwnedSmall Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard is500 employees. Electronic solicitations will be available for downloadfrom http://www.fbo.gov on or about August 24, 2009. Responses to thesolicitation are due on or about 2:00 p.m., September 08, 2009.
