- Expressions of Interest SoughtRequirement:The Department of Veteran Affairs currently occupies medical space in a building under lease V644R-0003 in Show Low, Arizona that will be expiring. The Government is seeking to lease approximately 3,200 sq ft contiguous rentable square feet of medical space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 4,800 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF). The lease term requirement is for two firm years. The space must be available for occupancy by November 14, 2009. The delineated area is Show Low, ArizonaOther applicable requirements include:-Proximity to Intersection of Old Linden Road and Clark Road, Penrod Road and Duce of Clubs, and Niles Hansen Lane and White Mountain Drive (Lakeside)-Parking (15 off street parking spaces to include four handicapped parking spaces).-Security (Security System for building, secure parking, and lobby area).-The space can be can be provided by modification of existing space. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location.
