- The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to resurface trails at Guilford Courthouse NMP, a unit of the National Park Service located in Greensboro, North Carolina, within Guilford County. Due to end of fiscal year time and funding limitations quotes will be due back for this requirement on September 14, 2009. This procurement is being conducted as a Request for Quotations. Magnitude of this project is $50,000 to $100,000. Procurement is being conducted under full and open competition procedures under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The applicable NAICS code is 234110 with an associated size standard of $6.5 million. This notice is not the solicitation. The solicitation package will be available on August 24, 2009 and will be issued as an RFQ electronically on the Department of Interior's National Business Center (NBC) web site, at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be made available. Bidders desiring to conduct business with DOI are requested to register at the National Business Center. Bidders wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://ideas.nbc.gov. This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guarantee notification.
