- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA), PUBLIC LAW 111-5. This serves as notice of award of Task Order 0008 against contract EA133F-08-CQ-0031 for providing assistance in the Environmental Review of Federal Actions at the Northeast Regional Office (NERO) Sandy Hook, New Jersey Field Office A time and materials task order is most appropriate as it is not possible to accurately estimate the exact extent or duration of the ARRA driven work or to anticipate costs with any reasonable degree of confidence. The Contractor will provide assistance to the Government in review of federal actions pursuant to essential fish habitat (EFH) provisions of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (MSA) as well as the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act (FWCA).
