- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Newport, Rhode Island intends to purchase P-channel receiver system, Part #900-00002-001, qty. 1 and Qx-Tarvos V5 VXS developer kit, Part #0220-00039-01, qty. 1 in support of the High Frequency Receiver system project. A firm fixed price type purchase order is anticipated. NAICS Code 334419, Size Standard is 500 employees. This requirement is unrestricted. It is expected to place a firm fixed price type purchase order with Tek Microsystems, Inc. because they are the only known source who can manufacture a High Frequency Radio receiver using a combination of six (6) Linear Technologies analog to digital converters coupled with a high performance FPGA. All other timely offers will be considered. Further details will be provided in Solicitation #N66604-09-Q-5112, which is anticipated to be released on or about 8/27/09. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, Rhode Island is NOT accepting quotes or proposals via submission through NECO. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) and ORCA (http://orca.bpn.gov/) to be eligible for award. Instructions for registration are available at the websites. Required delivery is required on 9/30/09, F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI.
