- The Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Oklahoma City, OK has a requirement for the acquisition of the items specified in the RFQ (Request for Quotation) attached form. The DOT/FAA anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price type purchase order for the following items: Manufacturer: Newark Electronics OR Thomas and Betts CorpPart Number: 922-50PMINSN: 5935-01-365-6883Quantity: 2 (Two) EachShipping to: Oklahoma City, OKSpecial Instructions: 1. Must be "FACTORY NEW" Condition. 2. All Material must be packaged and marked QUP: 1 per container in accordance with Clause 61. If there are additional charges for this packaging, please indicate charges. All offers are due by 3:00 p.m., Central Standard Time, on Friday, September 4th, 2009. Quotes shall be submitted by facsimile at (405) 954-3030 or e-mail at monica.rudolph@faa.gov. Please reference RFQ DTFAAC-09-R-55723. Prior to award of a purchase order, all contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration, www.ccr.gov. In addition, all contractors shall complete and return the attached Business Declaration Form with their quotes. Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the solicitation process. This RFQ is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of proposals.
