- The purpose of this announcement is to gauge small business interest and capabilities for the Operation of Three Groundwater Remedial Action Plants, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Please see the attached document which provides a summary of the services required and a background of the plants. Please include the following with your response: name and address of firm, size of business, point of contact, and telephone. Interested small businesses are encouraged to submit a capabilities statement/document describing corporate experience in performing similar services. Please e-mail your responses to Lane M. Gary at lane.gary@us.army.mil. Since this is a sources sought to be used in planning a future acquisition, do not send any proposals. Contractors will not be compensated for participating. Not responding will not affect a contractor's ability to compete for this requirement should an RFP materialize. Requests for proposals, if and when issued, will be available on the Internet at FedBizOpps.gov. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information of the submission of the contractors information. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with applicable Government regulations.
