- Roller Chains for Fish Screens John Day Dam 1) The US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District intends to award a contract for the purchase of roller chains for fish screens to be provided to John Day Dam. Roller chains shall be in accordance with specifications attached to solicitation. The administrative point of contact is Karen Dailey (503) 808-4615, email Karen.J.Dailey@usace.army.mil. The solicitation will be available via the internet only.
