- Solicitation Develop an in house service training curriculum August 24, 2009 All Interested Parties Subject: Develop an in house service training curriculum and train the trainer in Support of Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency's (CSOSA) Attached is Request for Quote Number (RFQ) CSOSA-09-R-0033 which seeks a contractor capable of developing in house service training curriculum and train trainers in Support of CSOSA's Staff. All services offered shall be in accordance with the Request for Quote (RFQ) terms and conditions attached to the Standard Form 18 below. Unfortunately, the Agency will not accept questions regarding this RFQ Offerors must submit Quote in response to solicitation CSOSA-09-R-0033 prior to September 8, 2009 at 3:00 P.M. EST (local). Electronic versions of the Offeror's quote will not be accepted. Offerors may submit quote via overnight express, by courier, in person delivery or by U.S. Postal Services. Proposals received after the above date and time will be considered late and will not be considered for award. The Government requests proposals remain valid for a period of up to 60 days after submission. You are hereby requested to submit your technical and price proposals in accordance with the solicitation SECTION 11.0 - Evaluation. Interested parties shall provide the Agency with all information required in sections 11.1 and a completed copy of the Offeror Representation and Certifications in section 12.0 Failure to provide all required information could result in your proposal not receiving full consideration. The Agency reserves the right to award the contract without discussions. Therefore, all proposals should be prepared as your organization's final proposal revision. The Offeror shall submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of both the technical and price quote.
