- Description
- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Service Purchase Order for furniture; lateral and overhead file cabinets, chairs, and conference table for the Area Director's Office, in Aberdeen, South Dakota. This furniture must match existing material and furniture in the Area Director's Office. The period of performance for completion of installation and set up will be four weeks from date of award. The Contractor shall perform according to the Scope of Work. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state and local taxes, plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of the purchase order. Requests for the Request for Quotations (RFQ) package, RFQ-09-147, shall be in writing either by email or fax. In the written request please reference RFQ number RFQ-09-147 and provide a postal mailing address or email address where the RFQ package can be sent. The RFQ package will be released approximately fifteen (15) days after the date of this publication which will be September 8, 2009. The closing date of the RFQ package is September 15, 2009. This is a small business set-aside request.
