- MORE END ITEM APPLICATIONS: AIRCRAFT, C/KC-135, C-130, C-5, S-3B, F-15, F-5, A-10, F-16, B-2, A7, & HELICOPTER H-60. RFP SPM4A6-09-R-0875, Purchase Request 0022697427, NSN 6240-01-262-0149, Light, Incandescent in accordance with SPEC P/N M6363/3-2. This item is not commercial. This item is being procured under a small business set-aside, "full and open competition after exclusion of sources” The Buy American Act applies. This solicitation is for a proposed firm fixed price contract with a base quantity of 18,206 EA with a 100% quantity option. Stock locations are in Greensboro, NC, and Phoenix, AZ. The requested terms are FOB destination, Inspection and Acceptance at destination. Required delivery is 68 days ARO. The solicitation will be available on or about September 10, 2009, and will close on or about October 9, 2009. The final contract award decision will be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
