- In reference to RFP VA-528-09-RP-0221- Parking Ramp- at the Western New York Healthcare System, Buffalo VA Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Ave., Buffalo, New York 14215. This RFP is NOT a Request for Proposal. This is a request for A-E Firms to submit their Standard Form (SF) 330, Architect-Engineer Qualifications for selection to the A-E shortlist. Once firms has been selected to the shortlist then the A-E firms will be invited to give an presentation about their company and why they should be selected to perform this service to include qualifications and any past experiences in this particular area of construction. The small scope of work in the RFP is just an overview of the entire project. The entire scope of work will be release to the A-E firm once award of the A-E has been completed.
