ONLY OFFERS FROM HUBZONE MANUFACTURERS OR HUBZONE DEALERS FURNISHING A HUBZONE MANUFACTURER’S PRODUCT WILL BE CONSIDERED.*** RFP SPM4A6-09-R-0876, Purchase Request 0022985819, NSN 6220-01-366-0687, Control, Directional in accordance with Nartron Corporation, CAGE 32498, pn 1030-10-6-2562, and Oshkosh Corporation, CAGE 45152, PN 1869400. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. This item is not commercial. This item is being procured under "other than full and open competition procedures" under 10 USC 1304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. Trade Agreement applies. This solicitation is for a proposed firm fixed price contract with a base quantity of 1,052 EA with a 100% quantity option. Stock locations are in Tracy, CA, and New Cumberland, PA. The requested terms are FOB destination, Inspection and Acceptance at destination. Required delivery is 90 days ARO. The solicitation will be available on or about September 10, 2009, and will close on or about October 9, 2009. The final contract award decision will be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
