- Traffic Vest Distribution List This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 452990. The resulting contract will be awarded on an all or none basis to a single contractor. The contractor's proposal must include all items listed in this synopsis/solicitation. Line Item Number Description: CLIN 0001: Quantity: 589; Unit of Issue: Each; Description: Traffic Safety Vest. Must meet ANSI/ISEA 207-2006 standards for public safety traffic vests. The vest must be machine washable, provide maximum visability day or night and utilize a 5 point breakaway design. Upper part of the vest must be made of a Royal Blue mesh fabric. The lower part of the vest must be made of a solid lime yellow fabric. Left and right chest will have a mic tab. Left chest will have a pencil pocket. The vest will have a large inside pocket. The vest will have velcro closures at shoulders waist and front to incorporate the 5 point breakaway design. The vest will have two one-inch wide white reflective stripes that span 360 degrees over a 4.5 inch contrasting stripes. The vest must have "POLICE" printed on the front and back. Size: M - XL. CLIN 0002: Quantity: 33; Unit of Issue: Each; Description: Traffic Safety Vest. Must meet ANSI/ISEA 207-2006 standards for public safety traffic vests. The vest must be machine washable, provide maximum visability day or night and utilize a 5 point breakaway design. Upper part of the vest must be made of a Royal Blue mesh fabric. Date of Delivery: Please provide the earliest available delivery date without extra fees to expedite delivery. A staggered delivery schedule is acceptable. The delivery schedule will be subject to change with regards to the place of delivery based upon operational needs. Place of Delivery: See attached Distribution List.
