- The contractor shall provide and deliver definite quantities of new streetlight poles, bases, filiials, and luminaires. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210. The project magnitude is estimated to be between $150,000 and $250,000. This project shall be solicited as a small business set aside. The solicitation with specifications, drawings, and wage rates will be posted to the websiteshttp://www.fedbizopps.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about 8/28/2009. TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. No hard copies of the solicitation package will be mailed orissued. To receive the solicitation package you must download it from http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitation and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation. To download the solicitation all interested bidders must have a DUNS number. To receive a DUNS number please contact Dun & Bradstreet at 1-800-333-0505. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the Government.
