- Protective Relay John Day Dam The US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District intends to award a contract for the following Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) equipment for John Day Dam: 1) 487E multi-function relay 2) Fiber transceiver 3) Field ground module The items are brand specific and must match existing equipment. The solicitation will be available via the internet only. Downloading of the package will be available at either FedBizOpps.gov (https://www.fbo.gov/) and/or Army Single Face to Industry (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/default.cfm).
