- This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to DHHS' Strategic Sourcing Events Management BPA holders. This BPA was competively awarded under the procedures of FAR 8.4. The ARRA provides incentives and support for the adoption of certified electronic health records (EHRs) for Medicare and Medicaid eligible professional and hospitals. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is overseeing and administering the incentive program in coordination with the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC). In support of this initiative, CMS is planning a two-day Multi-State collaborative conference to address several aspects of implementation critical to increased State understanding and adoption. This task order for planning and meeting support is expected to be completed within 7 months of award.
