- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD (a) NAICS: 711219 (b) Dollars: $7million Small Business Set-Aside is Withdrawn. This is full and open competition. CLIN 0001: Nonpersonal Services to include all labor, uniforms and equipment to provide Youth Soccer Officials services in accordance with Statement of Work and Appendix C. (See attached 1449 for CLIN structure) The following documents are applicable to this requirement and attached hereto: Statement of Work, Appendix C, and Wage Determination 2005-2139 (Rev 8). Period of Performance begins 01 Oct 2009. The Government intends to award a FFP contract (Basic, plus two option years). In addition to price, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number and taxpayer ID number. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR), On-Line Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov and Wide Area Workflow prior to award. NOTE CHANGE TO STATEMENT OF WORK: THE NUMBER OF REFEREES FOR U-10 CATEGORY IS CHANGED FROM 3 TO 1.
