- Checkpoint Friendly Laptop Bags This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 and policies in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The solicitation number is TIRWR-09-Q-00059 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The government plans to award a commercial item purchase order to the bidder with the most advantageous bid to the government. All bidders MUST submit their best price.
