- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912DQ04D0023001101. This is a modification to an existing contract task order. The Kansas City District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue a task order modification using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds on contract task order W912DQ-04-D-0023.
