All emails shall be sent to Ryan Byrd ( ryan.byrd@robins.af.mil ) and Brigitte Harvey ( brigitte.harvey@robins.af.mil ). 3. A revised Statement of Work has been posted to this solicitation. A layout of buildings 128 and 20139 has been uploaded. 4. General questions, or questions from the site visit, shall be submitted no later than 26 August 2009 (12:00pm est). 5. The solicitation response date has been pushed back one week. All quotes shall be in by 2 September 2009 (12:00pm est).
