THIS NOTICE IS BEING PLACED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY - This notice is not a solicitation for offers. The U.S. GSA Region 3 (Mid-Atlantic Region) plans to utilize the term contract GS-03P-03-CDD-0028 to procure Construction Management (CM) services to provide oversight and support in the management of the Recovery Restroom Modernization Project. The Request for Quote (RFQ) Package will be sent to the designated term contract holder on or about July 22, 2009.
