- Description
- The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts intends to issue a competitive solicitation for Organizational Development and Support Training Services. The Statement of Work (SOW) consists of 3 major service areas, they are: (1) Organization Development Services (Service Area 1); (2) Planning Training (Service Area 2); and, (3) Conduct Training (Service Area 3). The Government plans to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). Orders resulting from the BPAs will be issued on a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Labor Hour (LM) or Time and Material (T&M) basis. The period of performance will be 5years from date of award. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or before 28 August 2009. Prospective offerors are responsible for checking Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) to obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to the RFP. This is a Presolicitation Notice and does not commit the Government to the award of a contract. No telephone inquiries concerning this notice will be accepted.
