- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912CN09T0916. This will be a firm-fixed price agreement. The Government intends to award multiple blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) for the required services. Calls will be placed against the BPAs as services are required. Contractor shall provide all labor, management, equipment, parts, materials, tools and transportation necessary to repair heavy equipment at Pohakuloa Training Area, Island of Hawaii, Hawaii. Services shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's standards, and applicable Federal and State codes. Period of performance is 15 September 2009 through 14 September 2010 with 5 pre-priced 12-month option periods. This procurement is unrestricted. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $7.0 million. Solicitations will be issued through electronic email or compact disk using MS Word, MS Excel or Acrobat Adobe PDF files, or a paper copy of the solicitation may be obtained through in-person pickup at the office designated above.
