- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR AWARDED W91278-08-D-0077. Using Recovery Act funding, the Mobile District Corps of Engineers intends to issue a delivery order against W91278-08-D-0077, Farmers Fertilizer Co., Inc., Smiths Grove, KY to supply and deliver Galleon aquatic herbicide to Lake Seminole, Florida or Walter F. George Lake, Georgia on the ACF Rivers Project. The basic contract was competitively awarded as a fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to supply and deliver aquatic herbicides used to combat invasive aquatic plants. Clauses required for projects involving Recovery Act funds have been incorporated into the existing contract.
