- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. To facilitate submission of quotes through electronic commerce and to provide applicable clauses, Request for Quote (RFQ) No. R09PS30043 will be issued via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-36. This requirement is being procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and is a set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 221310 Water Supply and Irrigation Systems. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 221310 is $7.0 million. Large businesses may respond in case no responsive small businesses submit reasonable quotes. First priority for award will be to small businesses. The Multi-Species Conservation Program, Lower Colorado Region, Bureau of Reclamation, Department of the Interior, located in Boulder City, NV, has a requirement for irrigation supplies for Big Bend State Recreation Area, Laughlin, NV.
