- Ammendment:Requirement change to Full and Open competion. Quote submission date changed to no later than 2:00 p.m. CST, Thursday, August 27, 2009. Responses submitted must address all specifications listed in the RFQ attached, othwise response will be considered non-responsive. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma contemplates the acquisition of four (4) new, Narrow Aisle Order Selector / Forklift Trucks, electric-powered, in accordance with the specifications listed in RFQ attached. A firm-fixed-price type purchase order(s) will be awarded as a result of this Request for Quote. This requirement is Full and Open. Quotes must be received by the FAA, no later than 2:00 p.m. CST, Thursday, August 27, 2009. Quotes shall be submitted by e-mail at barbara.smith@faa.gov. Quotes must be labeled as follows: Attn: Barbara Smith AMQ210, RFQ No. DTFAAC-09-Q-07157. Responses submitted must address all requirement specifications listed in the RFQ attached, othwise response will be considered non-responsive. Any responses received after 2:00 p.m. CST, Thursday, August 27, 2009, will not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals. If all requested information is not furnished, the vendor's response may be determined ineligible. Prior to award of a purchase order, all contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration, www.ccr.gov. In addition, all contractors shall complete and return the attached Business Declaration Form with their quotes. Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the solicitation process. This RFQ is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of proposals.
