RECOVERY: 2 FENCING WORKS AT WARM SPRINGS DAM, CA An organized site visit has been scheduled for-- • August 31, 2009 Monday at 10:00am Pacific Time Participants will meet at- Lake Sonoma Headquarters 3333 Skaggs Springs Road Geyserville, CA 95441 Lance Pool, Park Ranger tel: 707-431-4515 This procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code: 238990 SIC Code: 1799 Type of Acquisition: Total SMALL Business Set-Aside Award Determination: This award will be made to the low-priced, responsive, responsible Small Business. Synopsis Date: August 18, 2009 Quotation Due Date: September 11, 2009 DESCRIPTION: Two fencing projects (A and B), in different areas, have been bundled into one contract as follows: A) This project is the re-fencing of the Warm Spring Recreation Area, and the installation of new fencing around the southwest perimeter of the Project Headquarters. The new fencing is to stop feral pigs from entering and destroying the area's lawns and landscaping. The fence will replace existing "hog" wire fencing encircling the Warm Springs Recreation Area and protect the previously unfenced Headquarters area. The fence will be four (4) feet high and be made of green PVC coated chain link fencing. The estimated length of the fence is 5,051 linear feet. (See Section 8.0 for an Image of the project) B) This project is the construction of fencing, at varied lengths, at the Liberty Glen Campground. The segments of fencing will be designed to prevent the public from falling off sharp gullies and cliffs that border certain campsites within the campground. The estimated total length of the fence is 2,000 linear feet. All REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS are due and shall be submitted via e-mail or mail no later than Friday September 11, 2009 / 5:00 pm PDT.
