- Attachment 12 - JCI York Chiller Shop Dwgs Attachment 11 - AI Data Test Holes Report Attachment 10 – Drawing 302-402 Attachment 9 - Geotech Report Attachment 8 - Drawing 302-429 Rev Attachment 7 - 230591 Air Systems Attachment 6 - 061000Rough Carpentry Attachment 5 - CUP Picture 3 Attachment 4 - CUP Picture 2 Attachment 3 - CUP Picture 1 Attachment 2 - Questions and Responses Amendment #7 is being issued to: 1) Upload the Site Visit Attendees sign-in sheet, 2 pages, which was held on Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at 1:00pm at the NIST, Gaithersburg, MD Campus. Refer to Attachment 1 – Site Visit Sign-in Sheet; 2) Upload the Questions and Responses. Refer to Attachment 2 – Question and Responses; 3) Upload the pictures of the 3,500 ton steam and chilled water plant. Refer to Attachments 3 – CUP Picture 1; Attachment 4 – CUP Picture 2; and Attachment 5 – CUP Picture 3; 4) Section 061000, ROUGH CARPENTRY was omitted from the specifications erroneously, 4 pages. Refer to Attachment 6 - 061000Rough Carpentry; 5) Section 230591, AIR SYSTEMS TEST ADJUST BALANCE: Replace page 1 of 6 with attached. Refer to Attachment 7 - - 230591 Air Systems; and 6) NOTE: change in response date for PRICE BREAKDOWN ONLY (refer to Question 2 in Attachment 2 – Questions and Responses). Section L.4 CAR 1352.215-71 PROPOSAL PREPARATION (MAR 2000), Section I. Paragraph G, shall be revised as follows: “ The offer shall consist of two separate submissions: Technical and Price. The contents for both the Technical and Price proposals are set forth below. The packaging used in submitting the proposal must clearly identify the solicitation number and the date and local time specified in the solicitation for receipt of proposals. Offerors using commercial carriers should ensure that this information is marked on the outside of the envelope/box/wrapper. The Technical and Price proposal response date is unchanged and remains on September 2, 2009 at 12:00 pm EST. However, for the price proposal submission, only the firm-fixed-price for each CLIN is due on the 2nd of September. The offeror shall submit their price breakdown on September 3, 2009 at 12:00 pm EST;” and 7) NOTE: if the construction schedule becomes delayed by fault of the Contractor and the chiller and transformer are delivered to the NIST job-site, the Contractor shall be responsible for protected storage at another off-site storage location, and all additional transportation, rigging and handling from the stored location to the NIST job-site when the construction has progressed sufficiently to install the chiller and transformer.
