- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Funds for this acquisition are not currently available. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31. This acquisition is unrestricted. //Schedule of items: This requirement is for Lighting Fixtures and Accessories. All items must meet European Union standarads. //CLIN 0001: 2 x Thorn Cruz 280H fluorescent downlight with glass bezel and lamps. Lamp can to be white finish inside and outside with 280 mm cutout. 32 WATTS. To include the Emergency Version EM PRO EZ 2 Module //CLIN 0002: 32 x Thorn Cruz 160V downlight with glass bezel and lamps. Lamp can to be white finish inside and outside with 178 mm cutout. 32 WATTS. To include the Emergency Version EM PRO EZ 2 Module //CLIN 0003: Haysom Lighting IMCPA11814 8 CH - 8 x Light Polished Chrome Hanging Light and lamps. Decorative metal with polished chrome finish, and crystal sconces. CLIN 0004 to match. Light height - 57cm and diameter - 69cm.Weight is not to exceed 10 kg per light and power of 480 Watts total. Must be dimmable. //CLIN 0004: Haysom Lighting IMCPA11806 2WB CH - 14 x Polished Chrome Wall Light and lamps. Decorative metal with polished chrome finish, and crystal sconces. Must have 2 lamps and sconces per fixture. CLIN 0003 to match. Sconce height - 24cm and width - 28cm and projection - 15cm. Power not to exceed 120 Watts total. Must be dimmable. //CLIN 0005: Haysom Lighting IMCPA11820 12 CH - 8 x Light Polished Chrome Hanging Light x 8 and lamps. Decorative metal with polished chrome finish, and crystal sconces. Light height - 95 cm and diameter - 95 cm.Weight is not to exceed 16 kg per light and power of 720 Watts total. Must be dimmable. //CLIN 0006: Haysom Lighting 200 x DIIL30100 Crystal Glass Shade in a clear finish with polished chrome trim to be clipped onto candle light bulbs. //CLIN 0007: 1 x ELSTEAD Chandelier CB 12 (black) Carisbrooke Collection, 80 cm H,98 cm W,200 cm drop //CLIN 0008: 6 x ELSTEAD Wall Sconces CB-2 (black), Carisbrooke Collection, 340mm W, 2 x 60w E14 //CLIN 0009: 24 x ELSTEAD Glass Shades, GS-81, white alabaster glass, 110mm H, 150mm D, 29mm hole diameter //CLIN 0010: Shipping to RAF Alconbury, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, PE28 4DA, UK. All items must be delivered by 7 September 2009. Please price accordingly. //NOTE: Please ensure shipping costs are included in quote.
