- This project will include: 1) Clearing and conserving topsoil away from work zone for reclamation at end of project. 2) Excavating stream channel to design and moving excavated material to designated location above fish barrier. 3) Excavating topsoil from designated site to cover rock from stream channel. 4) Seed all disturbed areas. This project is being advertised under the Samll Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and Small Business concerns.
