- This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for various APC Netshelter items the complete list is included in the SF1449 attached. This requirement is being solicited as a Brand Name requirement and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. Brand Name J&A will be posted to NECO at award. Quotes are being solicited and a written RFQ is attached to this synopsis. The RFQ number is M67854-09-Q-4267. The RFQ document incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-20. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334111. All interested and responsible small business parties shall refer to the Marine Corps Systems Command website at www.neco.navy.mil http://www.neco.navy.mil in order to obtain a copy of the RFQ. The following provisions and clauses shall apply: (1) FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items) (JAN 1999); (2) FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation - Commercial Items) with the following insertion in para (a) "lowest priced technically acceptable quote with acceptable past performance." in the described CLINS of the RFQ; (3) FAR 52.213-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition and there is not an addenda to this provision; (4) FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. All questions should be directed to michelle.bailey@usmc.mil no questions will be answered by phone. All offers proposals will be submitted on the RFQ form (SF-1449) attached to this synopsis. Vendor's proposals for this requirement are due no later than 2:00 PM EST on August 25, 2009. It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor the NECO system for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR). Online Certifications and Representations is also required http://orca.bpn.gov http://orca.bpn.gov. Failure to comply with ORCA registration may deem offeror ineligible for award.
