- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a modification to the Request For Quote (RFQ) and solicitation number W911S1-09-T-0038. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33, Effective 15 Jul 2009. FedBizOpps Numbered Notes per FAR Part 5.207-13(e) apply: 12 and 13. This requirement is being solicited as full and open and the size standard is 500 employees. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 334519, Phase Noise Measurement Test Set Model #5125A. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3679, Other Electronic Component Manufacturing. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. Award will be made to the proposal with the lowest price technically acceptable offered to the government. The Government also reserves the right to make no award at all. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to for delivery of an Extended Range Phase Noise and ADEV Test Set.
