- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network(VISN 3), James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx New York, NetworkAcquisitions and Logistics program anticipates the award of afirm-fixed-price contract to provide all necessary services for AirChange Testing, Air Balancing & DOP Testing HEPA Filters. All workwill be performed at: Hudson Valley VA Health Care Center, Castle PointCampus,Route 9D, Castle Point, New York 12511 AND Hudson Valley VAHealth Care Center, Montrose Campus, 2094 Albany Post Road, Montrose,New York 10548. This is to be a 100 % SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNEDBUSINESS (SDVOSB) set-aside. The applicable North American IndustryClassification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238220. To beconsidered a small business under this NAICS code the SBA size standardmust not exceed $14.0 Million. The Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitationwill be issued on or about August 17, 2009.
