- VTC SOW The Defense Logistics Agency located at Fort Belvoir, VA. has a requirement to procure equipment and installation services of video teleconferencing capabilities for the main Video Teleconference room located at HQ DLA. The new system must be fully integrated with the government furnished equipment provided. The classified network configuration must also pass inspection by certified TEMPEST Technical Authority. All installed components must be covered by an annual maintenance plan that provides 24X7 phone support as well as advance replacement parts and software upgrades. Request one 12-month maintenance period be included with the purchase of equipment as well as (2) annual option renewal periods. A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, August 20, 2009 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
