Description

This Notice is provided for Informational Purposes Only under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Program (ARRA) in accordance with FAR 5.704(a)(2). Offers or proposals will NOT be accepted for this notice. This notice is Not a pre-solicitation or solicitation for additional offers. The U.S. Department of State, Office of Acquisition Management intends to issue a fixed price competitive delivery order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (Contract Number GS-35F-0622T) with AGSI Systems for one piece of software and 14 months of support. This award will be issued in accordance with FAR 8.404 and in accordance with FAC 2005-32. This delivery order is fully funded through the American Recovery Reinvestment Act of 2009. Department of State Recovery Act-funded acquisitions shall be awarded in a prompt, prudent, fair and reasonable manner that promotes economic recovery within the United States.
