- U.S. Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) intends to seek sources that can provide one 2009, three-wheeled electric vehicle for law enforcement/parking enforcement on Fort Belvoir, VA. Price shall include; anti-locking brake system, charging system, lights, siren, external outlet power sources, freight, set-up, document fee and 12-months warranty. This mobility vehicle shall have a zero turn radius, which will be more effective in decreasing injuries, than a two-wheeled vehicle. This sources sought notice is a request for quotations and is set aside for small businesses only. Interested parties should submit quotes, past performance and capability statements for a similarly manufactured item to Stephenie Charlot, MICC, 9410 Jackson Loop Suite 101, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060 or by email to stephenie.w.charlot@us.army.mil, no later than 1:00 pm EST, 25 AUGUST 2009. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses may also be submitted via hard copy to: US Army MICC, Stephenie Charlot, 9410 Jackson Loop Suite 101, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. The anticipated delivery date will be within 30 days of date of contract. New equipment ONLY, NO remanufactured products on vehicle. Quote MUST be good for 30 days after submission. FOB Destination CONUS (CONtinental U.S.) Please include your business standard and manufacturing must take place within the United States. The selected NAICS code is 423110, Automobile and Other Motor Vehicle Merchant Wholesalers, specializing in mobility vehicles. NAICS Code 423110 must be on Contractor's CCR before a quote will be accepted. CCR Requirement - Company must be registered on Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award could be made to them. If company is not registered in CCR, they may do so by going to CCR web site at http://www.ccr.gov. All information submitted should support the offerors capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offerors bona fide capability to provide these items.
