- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91YTZ09-T-0186. The North Atlantic Reginonal Contracting Office, Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC intents to solicit, negoitate, and award a sole source contract using other than full and open competition procedures (restricted to SB) to ESI Acquisition, INC, DBA Emergency Sercies Integrators, 823 Broad Street, Augusta, GA 30910-1447, for EOC WEB Software package, this software package item number is SW-CIMS7-HOU - WEBEOC(r) for Hospitals, and is mandated by MEDCOM for response to Emergencies Services. Responses to this pre-soliciation shall be emailed to donna. blossom@us.army.mil, no later than 21 August 2009 @ 10:00 AM EST. Interested parties and responses should contact Ms. Blossom to determine whether bonafide competition exist.
