- NAICS Code: 611430 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and Subpart 13.106 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offersare being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The title for this request for quotation, "Training for COR/COTR, Purchase Card & Contract Administration for Supervisors courses" shall be referenced on any quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) is soliciting potential offerors, in order to competitively award a fixed rate, IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) Purchase Order. Any firm believing itself to be capable of meeting EPA's requirement, as stated within the Synopsis Solicitation and the Statement of Work, may submit a quote, which, if received by the response date of this announcement shall be considered. Prospective sources are reminded that an award can only be made to a Contractor who is registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in accordance with FAR 4.11.
