- These specifications cover the production of cut sheets and self-cover books and pamphlets requiring such operations as printing, binding, packing, and delivery. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: Approximately 80 to 120 orders per year. Orders will be placed between the months of October and July. Up to 10 orders may be placed on the same day with the same schedule. QUANTITY: Approximately 1,000 to 2,000 copies per order, plus (4) sample copies and electronic files on CD-R (for Supt. Docs). NUMBER OF PAGES: Approximately 2 to 150 pages per order. TRIM SIZE: 5-7/8 x 9-1/8".
